RETURNS Fresh Groceries (Fruits and Vegetables) are not returnable. For other items If due to some reason our products delivered to you are damaged or expired, we will take the returned product back with us and issue a full refund of the amount for the value of the return products which will be credited to DP Fresh Wallet. All Returns should be reported to within 24 hours of the delivery to with valid reason (damaged or expired)

A . Easy Return

i . Sign into your account.

  1. Find the order in “”Orders” , click the “Return Item” button.

iii. Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reasons, and submit.

  1. Select the mailing method: self-sending or pick-up service (choose the pick-up address and post office required information).
  2. DP Fresh will contact you as soon as possible, please wait for the DP Fresh Driver to pick up the package or take the sealed package to the nearby mailing point and send it to the address of DP Fresh return center.
  3. We will confirm the parcel immediately after we receive the return, update the status of the return and refund within 7 working days. The refund will be made to your DP Fresh Wallet.

  5. Returns must be postmarked within 24 hours after the date of delivery.
  6. Orders must be delivered, and the address of the recipient must be in certain selected areas by DP Fresh.

iii. If you receive a damaged/defective item, DP Fresh Customer Service should be notified within 24 hours of receipt.

  1. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing.

REFUNDS A. Refund method The refund will be initiated to your DP Fresh Wallet.

  1. Refund process time Refunds will be initiated within 24 hours from DP Fresh side upon receipt of your package. Please Note: Refunds will be initiated for item price only. Other fees like shipping guarantee, shipping, COD service charges are non-refundable.


If you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. It is NOT possible to cancel part of your order. We recommend you cancel the entire order and re-purchase required quantities to simplify the transaction.

  1. If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount subject to deduction of charges if any and whereas you cancel your order after the shipment but before receipt of the item, the same will be liable for deduction of the two-way shipping costs.
  2. There are circumstances when the company might have to cancel a particular order.
  3. Your receipt of an electronic or another form of order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order and DP Fresh reserves the right at any time after the receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
  4. Although our online stock inventory is programmed to update automatically, DP Fresh reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, to inform you via telephone or email or mobile text about a shortfall in the quantity you ordered of any item. In all such cases, we have the right to either supply you less than the quantity you ordered or cancel your order with prior notice to you.
